Monitoring phone calls

Please note that phone calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. This is to ensure that we keep providing you with the best service possible. Contact. Prices.

All prices quoted on the telephone are subject to a site survey performed by an engineer supplied by RTS 247. We aim to keep final prices as close to the quote given over the phone as possible. However, quotes given over the phone are estimates made based on the information provided the customer and are subject to change after a site survey is complete. RTS does not accept liability for failure to meet the quoted estimate price or time frame. A minimum fee of £100+VAT will be applied once out engineer has attended the site of the job. Additional charges for parts and labour may apply.

We use a nationwide network of experienced, qualified and trusted engineers to provide our customers with repair and maintenance services. All engineers used are sourced by RTS247.
